You've got questions. We've got wine.
The stuff people actually ask us — from what's in the bottle to how it gets to your door. No wine snobbery, just straight answers.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship Australia-wide. Most orders leave the warehouse within [1–2 business days] and arrive within [3–7 business days] depending on where you are. You'll get tracking as soon as it's on its way.
How should I store my wine?
Somewhere cool, dark and stable — under 18°C is ideal, away from direct sunlight. Bottles under cork should lie on their side; screwcaps can stand upright. Most of our reds will happily cellar for years, but they're made to be enjoyed now too
Where are your wines made?
All our wines are made in South Australia, sourced from Barossa and Premium South Australian regions. Every bottle is crafted, blended and bottled locally — no bulk imports, no shortcuts.
How long will my wine last after opening?
Reds and fuller whites are best within 3–5 days of opening; lighter whites and rosé within 2–3. Re-seal and pop it in the fridge (yes, even reds) to slow things down. Or just finish the bottle — we won't judge.
What do your vintages mean? Is older better?
The vintage is simply the year the grapes were picked. Older isn't automatically better — most of our wines are made to drink now, though specific wines will reward a few years in the cellar. Each product page tells you the drinking window.
